Robyn Elliott

Robyn is an expert in the State budget process, regulatory reform, and health care financing. Prior to her tenure with Public Policy Partners, she led the lobbying efforts of the Maryland Department of Health as the Director of Governmental Affairs. She also advised the Maryland General Assembly about budget issues as a senior policy analyst. She has a Masters in Health Care Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
