Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted until October 31, 2019; a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged. After that date no refunds will be made.
Handouts
Attached is a list of poster presenters that will be on display in the Severn Room during the Poster Session on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 6:15-7:15 PM and on Friday, Nov. 15 from 11:05 AM -12:05 PM.
Daily guests/convention attendees will need a sticker each time they exit the garage. Each day, when entering the garage, the guest will receive a ticket. They will need to hold onto the ticket as the sticker is placed on the ticket to get them out. A parking sticker will be given out at the MNA registration desk upon check in. Parking is a $5 daily fee.
Overnight guests will have the parking charge posted to their room per night. Their room key will be used to get them in and out of the garage. This also includes in and out privileges with the $5 daily fee.
MNA's Convention Registration Desk will be located in front of the Sassafrass Room on the second level of the hotel. Student Registration will be located on the same level within close prominity on Friday. All break out rooms, with the exception of the Chespeake Ballroom, will be on the second level along with the poster session room and the exhibit hall. The Chesapeake BallRoom will be located on the third level.
Attached is a list of over 40 exhibitors to visit during MNA's Covention. The exhibit hall will be located in the Harborview Ballroom, which is on the second level of the hotel. Be sure to participate in the Exhibit Game, 'Get Your Steps and Visit the Exhibits' to learn about who they are and qualify to enter into a raffle to win a prize!
We will be using a convention app this year, which has many convenient features. Attached are instructions on how to access and download the app prior to your arrival onsite. The app has many features, such as the ability to view each presentation, communicate with the speaker, evaluate the speaker, check in to each session, and receive a transcript of your CEs based on the sessions you attended. Please note that you must 'check in' to each session you attend in order to receive CE, as well as evaluate the speaker and the event (at the conclusion) in order to receive your CE transcript via e-mail, which will be sent directly from the app.
