Allows employers to file peace orders on behalf of employees. Employers are not required to file, but rather would now have the option to file. This protect the name of a nurse if he or she files an assault charge.
Get involved and hear about legislative issues that MNA is addressing on behalf of its' members. MNA needs to know who your representatives are when scheduling meetings with your legislators.
To find your legislators simply click on this link and click on the tab 'Lookup' and enter your address and click on the find button. You will need to know the name of your State Senator and your State Delegate(s) as well as your state legislative district. To find out information about your elected officials click on their name and you will get their biography.
