Please join us for the Maryland Nurses Association 121st Annual Convention to be held on September 26-27, 2024, at the Weston Annapolis in the heart of downtown Annapolis, Maryland.  This is the annual meeting of professional nurses from across the state and we would like you to participate as an exhibitor, sponsor and/or contributor. We are offering two full days of clinical, research and educational topics and exhibits. 

Please mark your calendars now and plan to participate as an exhibitor at this important meeting. Exhibitors are expected to participate on both Thursday and Friday.

If you are interested in having your company’s name, website address, and no more than a 100-word description of your company or service sent to all MNA members and followers, over 11,000 people, electronically prior to the convention identifying you as an exhibitor, your payment must be made and your information must be sent to MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org no later than  August 25, 2024. The name of your company will also be listed as an exhibitor in the Maryland Nurse that is distributed in print to all MNA members and electronically to nurses in Maryland.

Exhibitor Information:

One exhibit space consists of a six-foot x 30-inch table and two chairs.  Each space costs $1,250.00. Electricity is available for an additional $200. Bring your own extension cord.

Each exhibitor will receive admission to educational offerings if space permits with the nurse attendees having priority to seating. Exhibitors attending any educational session may not demonstrate any commercial bias. Two exhibitors for each exhibit space may partake in food and beverages served to attendees while onsite. Those exhibitors with more than two people will need to register each additional exhibitor as a convention attendee.

Space is limited. Register early to avoid missing out on this opportunity.

Refund policy: Exhibitors will be refunded their fees minus $500 if a written request to MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org is received by August 1, 2024.

Exhibitor Conditions and Responsibilities

• Exhibitor check-in is on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 7:00 AM. Your exhibit must be set up and staffed by 8:00 AM.
•  Exhibitor times are scheduled for both days of the convention. Registered exhibitors will receive notice when the convention schedule is available.
• Nothing can be added to the walls or floors of the exhibit area.
• Name badges will be provided for exhibitors.
• Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own exhibit materials. Valuables should be removed.  The Maryland Nurses Association is not responsible for anything damaged or stolen while on site.
• The Maryland Nurses Association is not responsible for any damaged materials or injuries sustained traveling to or from or at the convention.
