The Maryland Department of Health Citizens Advisory Boards is Now Accepting Applications
Each of the facilities overseen by the Department of Health has a Citizens Advisory Board (CAB). The Maryland Department of Health and the Governor's Appointments Office are accepting applications from individuals interested in being considered for appointment to a CAB.
The CAB works with the facility director and their team on quality assurance, community engagement and any other matters that the director requests input on.
CAB's meet at least quarterly at the facility. Meeting times vary.
The following CABs are accepting espeically in need of applicants:
- Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents- Baltimore
- Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents- Rockville
- Western Maryland Hospital Center
- Deer's Head Center
- Holly Center
- Finan Center
