Introducing MNA's New Chief Staff Officer, Jacqueline Patterson, MBA

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, we have had several major changes within our leadership and staff at MNA. In an effort to maintain the highest level of quality, continuity and growth, we have committed to excellence in leadership and service. To this end, I would like to give a “huge” thank you, to Ms. Jennifer Arigo, MBA, CAE, for stepping into a part-time role these last few months to fulfill the needs of the association.  However, after an in depth search and orientation, we have the industries best. Therefore, I would like to welcome and introduce you to our new Chief Staff Officer, Ms. Jacqueline Patterson, MBA.

Jacqueline brings over 15 years of experience in both corporate and non-profit executive management.  Most recently Jacqueline was the Deputy Director of the U.S. Dream Academy, a national non-profit focused on youth development and mentoring.  Prior to that she was on the Executive Leadership Team for a national human services organization, The MENTOR Network.  Jacqueline served as the Director of Resource Development for Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) Foundation for 7 years where she successfully worked with its board to secure critical dollars for the College and she reinvigorated the BCCC Alumni Association. 

Jacqueline has built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative strategic thinking, and working with the highest level of integrity and commitment. She is a mom with two amazing sons, Dominick 10 and Jonathan 7.

Jacqueline earned a MBA from the University of Maryland University College; and a Bachelor of Arts, Administration of Justice/Political Science from Howard University.
