Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 8th is election day. As a nurse, exercising your right to vote is important for many reasons. For the past two years, there has been an influx of proposed healthcare legislation as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the healthcare workforce shortage, and an increase in violence in healthcare settings, to name only a few of the many issues that impact nurses directly. Use your voice, by voting. Research your candidates, review their platforms, make an informed decision, and VOTE!
