About the Stress & Burnout Prevention Pilot Program

The Pilot program is a revolutionary one-of-a-kind program that addresses burnout at the system level by transforming organizational culture and removing the stigma associated with seeking mental health supports. And it offers nurses a new burnout prevention model designed to normalize their ability to assess their own well-being and that of their peers and to utilize mental health resources earlier and more effectively. It also houses content and resources specifically designed for nurses of color and younger nurses. This program is currently being tested at 3 pilot sites with the intent to go national.
