MNA President Lou Bartolo's Election Letter to MNA Members
Posted 6 months ago in 2024 Election
Dear MNA Members:
As you may recall in the 2019 MNA annual election, MNA decided to conduct its elections electronically and has been doing so ever since. It is both an MNA cost and time-saving measure. If MNA has an e-mail address for you on file, you will have the opportunity to vote electronically. Should you prefer to vote via a paper ballot, you must notify the MNA Office as soon as possible at MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org, by no later than 15 JULY 2024 and one will be mailed to you in a timely manner.
There are still some MNA members who do not have a valid e-mail address in the ANA/MNA Membership Database. If you are not receiving regular e-mail correspondence from MNA, you will need to notify the ANA Membership Office at MemberUpdate@ANA.org and copy MNA at the e-mail address of MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org with your valid e-mail address as soon as possible. Without a valid e-mail address, you will not receive an electronic ballot for the annual MNA election. If you desire to participate in the annual election by a mailed paper ballot instead of e-mail, you must request a mailed ballot by contacting MNA by e-mail to MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org or by phone at 443-334-5110, no later than 15 JULY 2024.
The elections will start at 0001 on 26 July 2024 and end at midnight on 27 August 2024. Once again, we are proud to share with you that all the MNA Districts are joining MNA in conducting their elections electronically in conjunction with the MNA annual election. Therefore, you will be voting for MNA leaders as well as your District leaders.
