Please join us for the Maryland Nurses Association 121st Annual Convention to be held on September 26-27, 2024, at the Weston Annapolis in the heart of downtown Annapolis, Maryland. This is the annual meeting of professional nurses from across the state and we would like you to participate as an exhibitor, sponsor and/or contributor. We are offering two full days of clinical, research and educational topics and exhibits.
Exhibitor Registration and Sponsor Information
Please mark your calendars now and plan to participate as an exhibitor at this important meeting. Exhibitors are expected to participate on both Thursday and Friday. Additional details are available on the attached documents.
If you are interested in having your company’s name, website address, and no more than a 100-word description of your company or service sent to all MNA members and followers, over 11,000 people, electronically prior to the convention identifying you as an exhibitor, your payment must be made and your information must be sent to MNAInfo@MarylandRN.org no later than August 25, 2024. The name of your company will also be listed as an exhibitor in the Maryland Nurse that is distributed in print to all MNA members and electronically to nurses in Maryland.
You may also be interested in sponsorship opportunities. Signage will be provided naming the sponsors of the special events and products. Refer to the attached “Special Event & Contributor Sponsor” form for details.
